We had this debate in office last week... To eat or not to eat breakfast...
1st hypothesis
Eat! that's the right way, we need sufficient nutrition to support us till afternoon... Eating breakfast will increase your metabolism and can help in losing weight.. have a clear mind and you can think better!
2nd hypothesis
Say NO! Breakfast make u bloat and more sleeping at work, it will make u gain more weight! *which is true me and shaline agree with this, i only dare to eat once in awhile, just coffee for breakfast* Theory says eating breakfast is the right way, but theory also says to have sufficient exercise is also a must to balance our intake.. in my theory, i dun exercise, i also cut my intake..
So whats your routine? Pokka showed me this interesting new diet from Japan... MORNING BANANA DIET! HA quite interesting and fuss free!! No harm trying it for 2 week?
